Interview
Initial phone call for screening purpose, probably for about 10-15 minutes. The follow up interview was with a senior member of the research team. Afterwards, was ghosted for over a month before hearing that I was not considered further, so I may not be able to provide detail of the rest of the process.

Question 1
Asked about personal opinion of equity managers I have interacted with.
Overly lengthy and unprofessional recruitment process, it took them over a month to invite me for a first phone interview after I was notified I'd passed the pre-screening. HR are a total joke, there is no communication at all and most of sent email are either forgotten about or - most likely - ignored. They were also unable to call me at the scheduled interview time with no explanation and I had to ring them myself.
No feedback has been given to me so far, despite my explicit request for it. Probably the worst and most disorganised recruitment process I have ever been involved in.
