Online application. Telephone interview with HR (competency-based). The next step was group and individual tasks followed by the presentation. The final stage was the technical interview with Managing Director and Hiring Manager.

basic questions around role and generic experience and workplace behaviour questions. overall decent experience. spoke with 2 principal consultants and were very friendly and asked role relevant questions. I guess were exopecting to see a keeness to work in the water industry.
