The interview process usually includes two or three rounds on Zoom with a mix of peers and managers. Most of the questions will be pretty standard behavioral ones — things like how you work with others, handle challenges, and solve problems. They’ll also spend time going over your resume, asking about your past experience, projects you’ve worked on, and what skills you bring to the table. It’s also a good chance for them to get a sense of your personality and see if you’d be a good fit for the team.
