Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WME (Beverly Hills, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
Very open interview. Asked me what I was interested in the entertainment industry and why I wanted to work there. Getting an interview is the hardest part, actual interview itself is easy!
It was a standard interview. They were really nice in the interview itself. There is no work from home in this position. It's 100% in the office. It did feel like there is a high turn over at the company, which is what put me off in the end.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WME
Interview
The interview process was two parts, a phone interview and an in person interview in the office where I met with a few of the Human Resources team members. Everyone I met with was kind, and asked relativelty easy interview questions because this was for an entry level position.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at WME
Interview
Straight forward. One round with HR. Questions were pretty standard moreso making sure you can handle the admin work and have an interest in entertainment. Found out I got the job shortly after the call.
