I have interviewed for what they advertised as an account manager position for their office in PRAGUE, only to be told during the interview that is sales support. That was not the only thing that seemed off. At one point during the interview, the operation manager responsible for the sales support operations said "we don't want someone looking for a promotion within 2-3 years. We want someone in this position for at least 5 years". I felt shocked that such a dynamic company was looking for people without ambition or drive.
