The interview process in onmobile is very good .Only people with good knowledge can crack the interviews, the aptitude rounds conducted consist of some good level puzzles and if you are good in puzzles you are almost half way through because each of the interviews also consist 1 puzzle each. Ther may be upto five interview rounds conducted and each having varying levels of difficulty.
