Applied couple of times at Auckland branch, every time I applied got rejections without any clarifications or valid reasons.
I believe most job postings are either fake or they just giving trial, my few colleagues told me the same stories, although they keep job posting on monthly basis.

Initial phone screen, asked about my experience, barely wanted to touch what the company actually does, hostile to repeating a question when asked for clarity. Was asked to come in for an interview.
Interview was with some developers and a manager. Manager enters meeting last and immediately starts rapid firing questions. No introduction of team or goals. Manager was combative without any redeeming qualities, thankfully the developers sensed the hostile nature and diffused the situation.
The process seemed like a nuisance to the non HR staff, prepare for a hostile environment, the perks are advertised for a reason.

The first interview was with the immediate team.
That was then followed up with an interview with senior staff and the ceo.
