Virginia Farm Bureau interview questions

The interview process was very smooth. After I applied, I came in for an interview a few days later. It was an in-person interview with an HR rep and the manager for the department. About an hour after the interview, I was asked for information to do a background check. Once it came back cleared, I was offered the job a few days later.

Application process was simple. During phone interview HR explained what to expect concerning possible next steps. Everyone involved was polite and open in sharing company needs and listening to what I could contribute to the role.
