Interview
Online HR contact, little details about the position, next interviews on site with segment manager and director. My profile was super suitable but I got a reply of an excuse that the position will not be covered. My impression is that they don't like to pay according to experience and prefer inexperienced young people or interns giving low wages.
It was friendly, it made me attracted to the job positions and I saw that the current employees seemed satisfied by the working conditions. I was also asked about my current salary, why I chose to leave the company I am working for.
The job interview was on their offices, really nice guys both of them and now they are my supervisors, they explained me most of the day to day work. It took around to 20 minutes and i felt that i can contribute to achieve company's targets.
