Despite responding promptly and confirming my availability twice, I never received neither a call nor a response to my email. No explanation or apology was provided. This experience made me feel that candidates' time and effort were not respected. It also reflects poorly on Vestas as an employer, suggesting a lack of professionalism and poor internal communication. Recruitment is often the first impression candidates have of a company, and unfortunately, this left me with doubts about the organization’s commitment to treating people fairly and professionally. I hope Vestas addresses this issue to better align their recruitment practices with the company's broader mission and reputation.
