Interview process not consistent or clear what to expect. Radio silence and feedback ghosted. Meeting seinor staff members who did not engage or even build a rapport, short driven mountaining questions and speaking offscreen. Very offputting.

Interview
Quite a good experience, already had 2 rounds and will have a 3rd one with the other manager. The HR and manager are friendly and professional, with nothing to complain about. However, the extra round is a little bit annoying, but I can understand it is hard to decide due to the competition among candidates.

What was the toughest thing in your former job? How do you handle the pressure?
The interviewee described the benefits to work at Vestas and how vestas supports woman to work in the company. She asked about the salary expectation and even added more amount than what I expected. Overall the interview seemed convincing then turned out that I didn't get the opportunity to the next step
