First a screening phone interview, then a second phone interview, then an interview in person, after that they send you hogan tests, and then a final interview. After being finalist they just send you a general e-mail with no feedback.

The first round of interview with the manager. Followed up by online tests, afterward the Second interview with HR and manager. Overall extremely promising attitude towards that they want you for the job, but it turned out to be a no.
