Long. Took a lot of interviews from many different managers. They will fight over the best prospects. Sometimes the managers are tough to get a hold of and then multiple managers will call you in. Some people had to do presentations while others did not. It can sometimes be very inconsistent.

Present a 30/60/90 day business plan to two managers within the company. Outlining what I can bring to the business and how i plan to deliver it. Excellent interview atmosphere, which is really a precursor to the work environment.
