When I interviewed I had 3 stages. The first was a phone interview with the head recruiter. She was fabulous. She was able to go through my skills and qualifications in 15-20 mins and prepare me for next steps. She gave me real advice that made a real difference, not just handouts and PDFs. Throughout the whole process she was honest and transparent. Then I had a 3 hour interview from people in the department. Everyone was professional and helpful. Finally I had an interview with my future boss and what my plans would be to make an impact on the department. I knew within a few days that I got the job.
