Disrespectful to candidates's time.
After I submitted the assessment test and was told to expect an email for the interview with hiring manager, I was hanging there for 2 weeks. They even didn't email to schedule any interview as I was told. I emailed/called them telling that I hadn't got any email for the interview but the HR person didn't respond or called me back. Weeks later, I contacted the hiring director and got the rejection email minutes after that.
After being connected with the hiring manager the three stage interview process was streamlined and feedback was received quickly. Technical was fair, with emphasis on thought process and discussion, culture interview conversational and pleasant.
Traded an email or two with a recruiter and they scheduled a call, And they ghosted me at the selected time. Didn't reply to my follow up email. Seems like they do this a lot. What a waste of time and an unprofessional company.
Got an email to do a phone interview. Interviewer reached out to reschedule after having already confirmed a time, and then never heard back after that. Got an automated rejection email a couple of days later. Looking at the other posts on here, seems like this is a theme.
