Video interview with a basic approach and very basic questions. Videos cannot be taken twice. This is the first process of selection after the screening of the CV. I do recommend to prepare about the position and history of the company

Screening call with a recruiter , then a test once again with a recruiter , then a pre-recorded video interview and first stage teams call with one of the investment team, usually director due to the very small firm size. Having interviewed with several investment firms, mostly larger well branded corporations, I must admit this interviewer was the rudest out of the bunch, clearly disinterested from the start, very ruse, condescending, within 5 minutes I knew this was not a company I wanted to work for.

What's a DCF model, mainly experience questions and why the role
2 rounds of TI at first, then a take home case study, then the final with senior. Process is pretty quick and smooth, some behavioral questions and not very technical. Friendly interviewer.
