I interviewed recently and enjoyed the process. The folks I interviewed with were both pleasant and professional. One concern was that I was interviewing for a role that was similar to work I had done twenty years ago. I am in a place in my life where I am not focused on top titles or even top money. I want to be paid fairly, and I want to enjoy the giving of what I do.
