Vanguard had the best interview process I've experienced yet. A very friendly recruiter connected with me and set up the interview. The interview was one-on-one with a tenured manager at the location where I would work. The interview was the most engaging and challenging interview I've ever been a part of. I was sold on the company just from the interview process. Turns out the interviewer also was to be my manager. I received an offer within three days from the interview.
