A phone screen and an on-site, primarily talking about leadership experience and what we would do in particular situations. The recruiter was a little terse for the phone interview but everyone else was friendly and seemed interested in the candidates. Intern candidates will interview at the same time as full-time candidates (for the technology leadership program). You'll have a group activity in the morning, two hour long interviews with basically no tech questions, all personality and what you would do in a certain situation, you'll have lunch with some former interns and TLP members, then you'll have a panel discussion with all of the candidates (just make sure you contribute to the discussion and you'll be fine) and then a tour of the building.
