I applied for the position then was contacted for a phone interview within 2 weeks. The interview was pretty standard, except a few of my questions about what the position would be like weren't answered fully. I also asked about the retention rate of the employees, which may not have been the best to ask.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
