Interview
People and office are really great. I had a phone interview which followed the STAR method and then got called on-site for an in person interview. We had a lot of HR Vanguard information thrown at us, then we met with two employees who asked us situational questions and we had to answer in the STAR method. Afterwards, we had an Industry Insight discussion where we were given a topic based on the market and had to discuss it for ten minutes with the other interns. Meanwhile the HR person was taking notes watching and analyzing our performance.
Simple process. Went through Drexel with the co-op program. One phone call and then one in person interview with direct manager and then a week later received the offer. Pretty straight forward. Great company and good people.
The process spanned 3 rounds. First was resume and technical questions. Second was coding DSA and regressions. Third was research questions. Overall people were very nice, the process went smooth and fairly quickly.

Interview
Very chill, just behavior questions. Asked me about my communication style, what courses/knowledge of data science/machine learning that I had. Why I wanted to work in finance. It was very enjoyable/conversational.
