Interview
Mock client phone call during interview. You interview with two different people and they will both do a mock phone call with you about a predetermined scenario. When in doubt, always answer about doing good by the client and nothing else matters.
The interview process was a two step process were I met with the recruiter and after a about 30min chat I was scheduled for a interview to meet with a manager and interview was great it felt really personable though I can say it was kind of hard to read the managers emotions as far as the rapport and if we were clicking initially but overall she did a great job educating me about the role and what was to be expected.

Interview
The interview was really simple, I had two over the phone interviews, and one in person. I was flown out to Malvern, PA, put in a nice hotel, and reimbursed for all expenditures affiliated with my interview.
