Standard process. They have a very interesting culture, which they call out as Christian, faith-based. It's not for everyone. They asked during the interview process if you have kids/family. Just felt very uncomfortable during interviews. Small company, family-owned.

The company uses behavior-based interview questions. Went through six interviews, which is too many rounds for this level of position. The process took over a month. I thought it was strange that the final interview was held buy a low level employee.
