Stage 3: Panel Interview or Case Study
Purpose: To test your problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Example Case:
“Valeo is facing a 15% increase in raw material costs from a key supplier. You’re tasked with mitigating the impact without compromising quality or delivery. What steps would you take?”
