I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Valeo
Interview
Interview process included several stages such as preliminary conversation with HR (by mail), answering motivation and expectation questions. All preliminary communication with HR was performed via email and online question forms, which was quite convenient, I would say. HR manager was very kind during the whole communication process.
Next step was online technical test where it was necessary to write source code online in accordance with the provided software requirements. Nothing very complicated if you have experience with C language and worked with requirements. Main difficulty was limited time and that the whole code writing process was captured as a video, so better to think twice before write something :)
After a couple of weeks recruiter returned to me with the phone interview. Again some motivation questions, salary discussion. Probably I defined quite a high salary (position was in Czech Republic and wage there is relatively not high), so they haven't returned back to me after.
As a conclusion.
Positive:
- Kind HR manager
- Interesting online test
negative:
- Haven't provided final decision. Even if I'm not the right guy for them, better to refuse officially, than just keep silence.
It was good, the process was fast and it was through campus placements.

Explain oops concepts and arrays related questions
It was a good experience overall. However a bit long process with a long waiting time between the different phases of the interviews, first started with an assesment then one technical interview, managerial, hr, final interview with the department manager.
Was great , but took a lot of time to be reached , i believe 5 months was the time that they responded and gave me my offer otherwise the process seemed good and professional
