VALYNT Digital interview questions

Nice person that interviewed me. Asked questions about my experience and asked to review my portfolio of writing. Talked on the phone 1x after applying on Indeed. They reached out to me pretty quickly after applying.

So irritating. I went through three interviews, and spent a collective almost 4 hours interviewing. After the final interview I was told I was in the top 2 candidates, and that I would be hearing back within the week. Weeks passed and no word, although I followed up multiple times. I emailed and called to follow up, and they completely ghosted me. Such bad form, for a company to take up that much of your time, promise to follow up, and then completely ghost you. Honestly it shows a lot about how they value and respect others, so I would not recommend a company with these kind of hiring ethics.
