I had two rounds of interviews the first with the Store Manager and the second with the Regional Manager. Both interviews focused heavily on my previous experience in retail and leadership. They asked situational and behavioural questions to understand how I’ve handled specific challenges in the past, such as managing team conflicts, prioritizing tasks during busy periods, and driving sales. The interviewers also inquired about my leadership style and how I would motivate and support a team in a fast paced environment. Overall, the process was structured yet conversational, and it gave me a clear insight into the company's culture and expectations for the role.
