I originally applied to be an airport rep but received an email after a week notifying me that they had filled all the positions, but still wanted to interview me for other roles (I marked other departments I would be open to working in). My appointment was at 11am, I was out by 12:15pm. I did a "pre-screener" which consisted of general questions regarding my availability, ability to stand, work outside, and once again, what other departments I would be willing to work in. I filled that out and brought it with me once my name was called by an HR rep. The interview took place in a cubicle and was pretty standard. The HR rep was really nice and he even gave me the option to choose between attractions, merchandise, and a seasonal position. I chose attractions, and from there, he let me choose my favorite ride to work on. I chose the three days I could work and from there went to the records department to choose my orientation dates.
