Interview
It was straightforward and Drew was interested in my goals. They asked me to take a skills test also. They also asked for references and background information to ensure I could be trusted.
There were 3 interviews. They were pretty laid back, but be prepared for a lot of questions. The interview process was pretty quick. I knew I got an offer a little over 2 weeks after the first interview.
