I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
From start to finish the interview process was smooth, well organized and responsive. It started with a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, then a panel which consisted of 4 interviews with various folks on the team and one final catch up with the hiring manager at the end of the panel.
There were no trick questions, everyone was genuinely interested in getting to know me. Questions were mostly based around standard behavioural questions, questions about my experience and questions around specific projects. After the panel I was asked to submit references.

Question 1
The questions were mostly around my earlier relevant experience (you can handle them with STAR model response) and basically were aimed to get an understanding if I am a good fit into the team. No brainteasers, which is great:)
