Applied for a Senior Technical Trainer role. The full process ran approximately 45 days across four rounds. Interviewers were prepared, and the technical content was relevant to the position. After the final round, I received a rejection email in which the recruiter explicitly offered to share detailed feedback if I wanted it. I replied, asking for the feedback. No response since — no follow-up, no polite decline, nothing. The rejection itself is fine; companies hire whom they hire. Making a written offer of feedback and then ignoring the candidate who takes you up on it is the part that leaves a bad taste, especially after a month-and-a-half investment.

Question 1
How can you handle training a group of mixed expertise?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Unity in May 2025
Interview
It starts with a first meeting with a member of the recruitment team. You will be briefed on the position available and the process which is going to take place.
The next steps will involve a discussion with the manager of the team who will brief you on the specifics of the job, what to expect and will answer any questions you might have.
Afterwards, you will be given a task to accomplish and if successful will meet the members of the teams in small groups to ask and be asked further questions.

Question 1
What is your though process when receiving an opinion conflicting with yours or a suggestion on how to handle a task?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Singapore) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process at Unity is very transparent, which was greatly appreciated. In fact, the company provides a detailed blog article about what you can expect (easily located with a quick search online). The process consists of a recruiter phone screen, hiring manager review/screen (Zoom in my case), skills assessment (10 minute Zoom presentation with follow-up questions), and an on-site meeting (this was also conducted through Zoom in my case, meeting with various Unity personnel from around the globe).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview questions are behavioral in nature and Unity recommends, as stated in the blog article, that one uses the STAR method to respond. Example: Explain a new process you implemented and how it was received
