I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unitrends (Burlington, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
1 phone and 3 in person with various employees. THe recruiter called me up and asked me about my background. I had to go there 3 different times and each time they told me they would have an offer out to me by the end of the day. The interview wasn't too long and and it was an open format more or less. Two to Three employees varying from manager to director interviewed me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Unitrends (Burlington, MA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Very straight forward. I met with my perspective manager and his perspective manager. A quick conversation about my experience in previous roles and discussion of my career goals. Definitely could have been more in depth but I think we both pretty quickly decided it was a good fit. Did not feel like there was any push t o make the process more formal than it needed to be.
