Interview
I applied online back in December and got a call for an on the phone interview in the middle of January. I was asked a few STAR questions that was mostly behavioral in general. I was then told that if that phone interview went well then I would hear back for a second interview that would be in person. A week or so later, I got a call saying that I got the second interview that was scheduled the following week. At the in person interview, it was very relaxing and the two ladies that interviewed me were very casual and conversational. I was asked more STAR behavioral questions and told about the position in greater detail. The process in all was somewhat lengthy and a bit more exaggerated for what the actual job entails in my opinion. Just try to stick to the STAR method of interviewing and you will basically get the job.

The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.

Once you finally get a call it’s a quick interview process. I did 2 interviews but decided to move on. Pretty standard stuff, will ask you about previous insurance and/or customer service experience. Low entry level pay.
