Applied online, got a computer video interview, where you record your answers to questions, and then was invited on-site for final interviews. On-site visit included a introductions to UHG/Optum, a panel with members of the Technology Development Program, two interviews, and a tour. One interview was more behavioral and one was about your experience in the field.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
