First interview was an intro phone call just covering past experience. Second interview was more in-depth and met potential supervisor. Both were very kind! They were looking for someone with more video experience than I had, though that wasn't made clear in the job posting. Regardless, my rejection was personalized and stated that they enjoyed speaking with me, I just lacked what they needed. Very kind (and prompt) response, would definitely apply here again.
