I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Basking Ridge, NJ) in Jan 2012
Interview
three rounds of interviews, once on campus, and than two rounds in person. All rounds were with senior IT individuals, very conversational. There were about 24 people all there at the same time interviewing for like 5 positions so a little stressful. All around a good experience. The HR process was a little slow, and they hire well before start date, probably because they were hiring collage students for when they graduate.

Interview
Interviewed by 3 people at once. The interview was easy and each person was very nice and relaxed. They asked a number of questions and then talked about the position. They asked if I'd be willing to travel for the position but no one in my training group traveled for the job.
