I applied on Jan. 13 -- whole process took 7 weeks
3 Step Process:
1. Video Interview -- self done (received Jan. 20, completed Jan. 22, 9 days from application)
2. Codility Challenge -- 2 coding, 1 debugging (received Feb. 3, completed Feb. 6, 15 days from Step 1)
3. One-on-one Interview -- going over Codility, personal questions (received Feb. 14, completed Feb. 18, 12 days from Step 2)
Offer came from them asking for a phone call through email on Mar. 3 (13 days from Step 3)
Overall, great experience, the one-on-one felt very nice and the conversation flowed well. It did take a while for them to get back to me for some things but I think that's how it is all the time.

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
