Very organized, easy to communicate with the team and recruiter. Responsive to all questions and concerns. Gives ample time to evaluate the offer and agree or decline. It helps if you have a resource within the company to help give a reference just because it is such a large organization and many job applications.

This interview followed two phone interviews. The entire interview lasted only 30 minutes. I believe the hiring decision was made before my interview, and that a quota of some kind had to be filled. This is based on my background and experience as adequate for the open position, and that my demeanor and replies to interview questions were acceptable. I understand the need for compliance, although I did wish I didn't have to burn up the time and energy for nothing.
