2. They send you a link to record yourself answering behavioral questions (i.e name a situation in your life where you faced criticism and how did you deal with it.
3. Online Assessment
4. Final Round one on one interview discussing said Online Assessment.
5. Took more than a month for them to get back to me.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
