Initial phone interview round went very well, In the second round hiring manager was expecting a very low salary and they offered me a salary which is less than what I am currently getting, with no relocation allowances. The interview questions are SAR (Situation, Action, Result) basis. The questions are like " How do you interact with cross units team" and give an example.

3 rounds, hiring leader and two rounds with other partners. In addition there was a pre interview with an HR recruiter. Overall interview process was about one month. All interviews were conducted virtually.
