First round from the recruiter then followed by a phone interview by the Manager. Then a team meets up with a small interview session. It took around 5/6 weeks. Maybe they were waiting for approval of this position.

Recruiter calls and give you a phone interview and then you meet with the hiring manager. A normal interviewing process and the hiring manager ask standard questions with one random question. Once they give you the job, the recruiter calls/emails you with an offer.
