Technical Test was not taken, because they took the candidates from a consultancy. The consultancy asks the company to remove technical test. Pathetic candidates get selected because they pay indirectly to the company for asking them to hire them.

first round for freshers is aptitude , no -ve marking , then there is technical round based on ur skills and technologies u know then group discussion and then HR

Written(10% pass ) -> technical (60%pass) --> HR
That was an easy process on technical side, but was difficult written where passing percentage was 10% only, and it was hard to crack seems, but attempt few and correct one was the key .
