The interview process is broken down into two main parts: an initial recorded video interview, then a second in-person interview. I applied for the Boston office and was sent an email to conduct the video interview. It consists of five questions on screen with 30 seconds to prep and three minutes to respond. I submitted my interview and heard back three weeks later with an email declining to have a second interview.

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
