Interview
It all started with an informal phone interview, basic behavioral questions and questions regarding my experience and schooling. Another phone interview was conducted with one of the hiring managers, which were additional behavioral questions and information on the company culture. Final interview was a group panel (2 hours long) of higher level associates asking behavioral questions. Pretty easy and relaxing process.

Took forever. Applied in Sept. got a call late Nov (a phone interview with someone in a dif time zone.
The got a call back 1.5m later. Finally started in February.

Applied to many internal job openings over a long timeframe with no luck. Applied to various roles in various divisions, but was passed over at times for external hires or that I worked in an unpopular business line which made it difficult to move across divisions.
