I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Everything you've read so far about the interview process on this site here with United is true. It's also very helpful as it lets you know what to expect. But I want to inform you of the reality of the day of your interview. Basically, it's this; If you're chosen, they fly you out on their dime to interview you, which is very nice. The actual interview and whole reason you're there lasts no more than 10 minutes! That's right. There's no big, long day. You fly in, get there in the morning, listen to their presentations then meet one on one with one of the flight attendant/recruiter's there. Then you wait in another room for 2-3 minutes. You then meet some other management people, then you go home. That's it. So, the actual interview lasts only a few minutes. You fly in, do your interview, then fly home. Then you have to wait a week to see if they select you. A pretty excruciating week. The whole thing of a 'day' of interviewing isn't really true. You go in, mingle, interview then go home and wait. It kind of mentally through me off guard as I was mentally prepared to talk or 'interview' with a bunch of people that day, which never happened. We were all done by around 10 am. Good luck and just try and be yourself...

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
