I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and two days later received an email for the recorded interview through hirevue. They give you 5 days to complete this. This site was extremely helpdul because it gave me an idea of what to expect. They give you some time to practice recording yourself and getting it figured out and then once you start they show the question and give you 30 seconds to come up with a response. You have about 2 minutes to respond and you can take a breather between questions. Just try to stay calm and be yourself. Smile and be positive. Most people have said they were asked 5 questions. Look over the questions in people's posts and have an answer or situation in mind to talk about. After about 4 days of submitting my recorded interview I got an email to set up an in person interview. I will be doing mine March 11th in Newark.
I interviewed at United Airlines (Illinois City, IL)
Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
