I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online. 2 weeks later got a video interview in an the email. 3 weeks after that was invited for a face to face. We were greeted in the boarding area in the airport. Then taken through a secured location of the airport. We got on a shuttle to a building within the secured location, and we're told we were permitted to walk outside unsupervised. We were then taken upstairs to a room where we watched a video and two stewardess told us about their experience and answered or questions. Then I was taken one on one with an interviewer. She then took me to a waiting area. She left and came back then walk me to the elevator and told me they would contact me through email. I was out back on a shuttle and sent home.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
