I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Filled in application online. Got a request for an online interview on Monday morning. I then had 5 days to take the interview. I took it Wednesday afternoon. I have practice looking and talking in the mirror and also the practice question were extremely helpful as you are able to play them back. I said Urmmmm, way too many times, LOL. However they must have liked me as I got an e-mail friday morning for an in person interview in Chicago. That is this week, so we will see how that goes!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
