I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online. Later that day I was asked to do a video interview. The video interview was very easy, basic customer service questions. Two days later, I got an invite to a f2f interview! In a nutshell, be yourself, have fun...you are interviewed by flight attendants so it's a very easy going interview! if you get a chance to interview with the hiring managers, you're almost there. But, if you leave without an offer to train THAT DAY... hang it up and try again next year. If offered, you are taken to do drug testing etc that day.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
