I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
I applied online and within two days got the invite to do the video interview. The video interview is very simple. They ask you easy interview questions and why you would be a perfect fit for United.I completed the video interview and within two days I heard back for a f2f! They email with the number to call to set up your flight and interview day. After a day I was emailed information about my flight and where the interview would be held. I got to New Jersey a day earlier so I was able to prepare for everything. Make sure you dress nice and have everything ready to go! When I got to the airport I was given a gate pass which allowed you to get to the meeting place. From there they take you to the interview with everyone. The group has a small video to watch and then from there they call you one by one. I was called first and had an outstanding person! The interview was long and they ask you a lot of questions. Also, make you read an announcement as if you were a flight attendant. They make you role play with them as well so be ready for that. After that part of the interview I was asked to go to the next room. Reading on here that meant that I would be having another interview face to face with two people. After going to the other room I was asked a few more questions and then asked if I was ready for this job. The whole process was very relaxing and they make you feel very comfortable! They gave me a few minutes to think everything over and if I was ready for this job. After coming into the job I was invited to training!!
